DELIVERY METHOD

Deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria of goods purchased through the bultex99.com online store are carried out by the courier company "ECONT EXPRESS" OOD.

Goods purchased through the bultex99.com online store are delivered in the following ways:

  • Delivery to a courier company office specified by you.

  • Delivery to an address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria specified by you.

  • Delivery to an address within the territory of the European Union chosen by you.

DELIVERY TIME

Deliveries to an address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are carried out within 1 to 3 business days, counted from the date on which the MERCHANT receives the CUSTOMER's order through the website www.bultex99.com. 

If the CUSTOMER has chosen payment by bank transfer, this period starts running from the date on which the total price of the goods is credited to the MERCHANT's bank account.

The delivery time may be extended during holidays and/or non-working days, promotions and sales, but by no more than 30 days from receipt of the order.

Deliveries to an address outside the Republic of Bulgaria are carried out within 10 to 30 business days, counted from the date of receipt of the order, and this period may be extended by no more than 10 business days.

If the product is not in stock, we will notify you separately of the exact delivery date. The Merchant is not liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure events, delays attributable to the courier performing the delivery, and others.

Deliveries are subject to the working hours of the courier companies and are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

DELIVERY COST OF GOODS

The delivery cost of the ordered goods depends on the geographical location of the delivery address specified by the CUSTOMER, as well as on the total weight and volume of the goods ordered for purchase.

The delivery cost is calculated automatically according to the fixed rates of the courier companies, is indicated on a separate line in the order and IS PAID TO THE COURIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

It is advisable to keep the receipt issued by the courier, as you will need it if for any reason you decide to return the purchased goods.

FREE DELIVERY for orders from the website over EUR 50, within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria!

 For orders with a total value below EUR 50, the delivery costs are at your expense.

 

RECEIPT OF THE GOODS

  • The goods are handed over to the customer or to a third party who accepts and confirms receipt of the goods on behalf of the customer. Upon handover of the goods, the customer or the third party signs the accompanying documents.

  • In the event that the customer cannot be found within the delivery period at the address specified by them, or access and the possibility to hand over the goods are not provided within this period, or the customer does not collect the goods from the courier office specified by them, "BULTEX 99" EOOD is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods. The customer may confirm their wish to receive the goods even after the expiry of the delivery period during which they could not be found at the address, in which case they bear all additional delivery costs. In this case, a new delivery period starts running from the moment the repeat delivery is confirmed. 

  • Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer should open, inspect and carefully test the contents of the package for conformity of the shipped goods with the submitted order within a period of 10 minutes, in the presence of the courier.

  • ATTENTION! All orders in the bultex99.com online store are shipped with the "test and inspect before acceptance" option  for the goods.

  • By signing the receipt for acceptance of the goods, the customer confirms that they have received the goods in a condition, quantity and quality that correspond to the order placed in the bultex99.com online store.

  • In the event of established shortages, visible damage or defects of the goods, the customer should contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report on shortages, damage, defects or non-conformities of the delivered goods.

  • Upon acceptance of the delivery "without remarks", any subsequent claims by the customer regarding quantitative or visible qualitative damage, defects or non-conformities of the goods will not be satisfied.

  • ATTENTION! Complaints for missing or damaged goods are accepted only when the goods have been inspected upon receipt, in the presence of the courier, and a report on shortages and damage has been drawn up.

PAYMENT METHOD

The price of the ordered goods may be paid in one of the following ways:

  •   For delivery of goods to an address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria

  • payment upon receipt of the goods, by "postal money order" – payment is made in cash, upon receipt of the goods, directly to the courier who delivered the goods. If the CUSTOMER has chosen to collect their goods from a courier company office, payment is made at the selected office. The courier issues a document for the amount paid and, upon signing the documents accompanying the goods, the delivery is considered completed and the order fulfilled "without remarks";

  • by bank transfer – payment is made by bank transfer, on the basis of a pro forma invoice issued and sent by e-mail to the CUSTOMER, to the following bank account in EUR:

Payment is made after the pro forma invoice has been sent and availability has been confirmed. The payment reference must state the number and date of the order, as per the order confirmation received, which is generated automatically by the system of bultex99.com  and sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer. If necessary, the Customer should contact a stenso.net operator on the contact telephone numbers provided.

  • For delivery of goods to an address outside the Republic of Bulgaria

  • by bank transfer – for delivery of goods to an address outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the price of the goods is paid in advance by bank transfer, together with the postal and transport costs for the delivery. If the delivery is outside the borders of the European Union, the CUSTOMER must additionally pay all import duties, customs and other fees upon arrival of the goods in the respective country (if any are due). The goods are delivered only after receipt of the payment into the MERCHANT's bank account in EUR:

When making the transfer, the number and date of the order placed must be stated as the payment reference. The date of payment is considered to be the day on which the MERCHANT's bank account is credited with the transferred amount.
